Refund policy
At Elyn Attires, each piece is carefully made-to-order with your chosen designs, sizes, and preferences. We take great care to ensure quality in every garment. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy below:
1. Customised Orders
Since our dresses are custom-made to your measurements and specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or design preference after order confirmation.
Please double-check your measurements and customisation details before placing your order.
2. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at elynattires@gmail.com
To process your claim, kindly share clear pictures or videos of the issue along with your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund (as applicable).
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (different from your confirmed order).
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The product is lost in transit and not delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Incorrect size provided by the customer.
Minor variations in Colour / Texture due to fabric or lighting differences.
Delay caused by courier services (beyond our control).
Personalised / Customised garments that match the order details provided.
5. Process for Refund/Exchange
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
In case of replacements, a new product will be dispatched after we receive confirmation of the issue.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after placing the order. After this, production begins, and cancellations will not be possible.
